Calum Arnott

Managing Director / Co-Founder

From automating flight paths to designing rotor blades, Calum has years of experience with UAVs and is leading Swift’s development of effective environmental monitoring solutions.

Calum is an Associate Member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (AMIMechE) and graduated top of his cohort from the University of Edinburgh with an MEng (Hons) degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Josh Ball

Operations Director / Co-Founder

Josh is leading Swift’s concept of operations and business development strategy, bringing his proven experience of delivering financial technology solutions to Private Equity, Credit, and Insurance clients.

Josh holds a first class MA (Soc Sci) (Hons) in Economics from the University of Glasgow.
